We have up to 5 active properties available for furnished rental.  Rates and occupancy vary for each property.  Every furnished property is within 1-3 miles of the Texas Medical Center,  Downtown and the Galleria, the Houston Museum District,  Rice University and the University of Saint Thomas. Please call for availability/details.  (832) 279-6367

  • Check -in  time is between 2:00-8:00 pm.

    Our Check out time 11:00 am

    Late checkout* is an additional extra $25-50 dollars .

  • Pets allowed case by case basis upon availability. We only have one room where we are allowing pets and it should be a charge of $25-50 as well. 

  • All of our rooms with the exception of 3 have some sort of stairs anywhere from 2-4 flights of stairs. We only have the elevator available in one building and if not confirmed we cannot guarantee the use of it. 

  • All rooms have their own bathroom in the accomodation
