Events at Modern Bed and Breakfast

Modern B&B has multiple event space options. The Great Room can hold up to 80 people and is an ideal space for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, or private parties. The Hazard Room and Branard Room with large conference tables, high ceilings, natural light, and picture windows are perfect for offsite business meetings, breakout sessions, and small conferences.

Event space rental starts at $150 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours. 

At the Modern, you may bring your own alcohol for your event. Modern Bed and Breakfast can recommend vendors we’ve worked with such as caterers, DJs, photographers, etc. For evening events, ask about our special room rates.
