Modern B&B Policies

• We have a cat who lives on the property and has access to two of our five buildings.
• All damages to the rooms including missing items will be charged to the guest booked into that room.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed except on balconies or verandas. A $200 fee will be charged for violation of this policy.
• Deposits are refunded at management discretion. No refunds on early departures. 72 hours advanced notice required for cancellation. Cancellations without prior notice will be charged for the first night and any additional goods/services requested.
• Event reservations for the entire B&B require six calendar month cancellation. Any cancellations within this period will be charged for the rental of the B&B and 50% of the quoted price for the event.
• Check in time is 3pm or by appointment. Check out time is 12pm.
• We do not allow cancellations for conventions/special events such as the Super Bowl or OTC.
